Lee does not like to follow up when he says he will. Most of my frustration has to do with his lack of care and communication. He ordered the wrong color windows, and our install was delayed multiple times. It took roughly a year from when we paid him to when he decided to do the work. The windows were installed quickly, but the screens had holes in them. Lee would not fix this, so I've just bought broken windows. Good work they just left nails and screws all over the place and clogged up my sewer system
Lee and his friend did an outstanding job. Everything was covered and the paint job was great. No paint anywhere. She even offered to vacuum after the painting was completed.
