Roofs for everyone should treat customers better! Here to address an urgent issue with our copper line, which has caused us to lose our A/C. Despite a 30-minute conversation with the owner, they refuse to take responsibility for the damage and insist it's our responsibility to fix it. An A/C company has quoted over $2,000 for repairs, and the owner seems to be framing any assistance as a favor rather than taking accountability. We are left without A/C, making our home increasingly uncomfortable.
