I called the company and a man answered and told me to quit calling his phone number and called me a dumbass and then hung up. Not sure if he or the entire company is racist because they saw my name pop up on the caller ID or if there was just some weird misunderstanding, and they don’t know how customer service works.
I had Otto Construction replace my roof, windows, siding and install gutters at my residence. Eldon came out and gave me the estimate, which I was very happy with. Eldon and Otto’s crews were very professional and friendly. They did some extra work I had asked them to do while the project was being done. I couldn’t be happier with the work they did. They have earned their 5 star rating and I highly recommend them for any residential construction needs you might have.
We had a new roof put on. The crew did an awesome job. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient. The clean up was very good. I would highly recommend Roofs by Otto's! His price was very reasonable too!
Roofs by Otto installed a new roof for us last week. They did a great job. They showed up early and finished in one day. Everything was cleaned up when they left. We git two estimates and Otto's gave us a significant lower price. We highly recommend.
