We had a great experience from start to finish with our roof replacement. Roofs by Otto were very responsive even though we were out of town customers. I really liked that they weren’t pushy and answered all my questions. Our roof was done in one day and they did a great job cleaning everything up.
Dave in sales was terrific to work with. He communicated with me quite a bit and everything was great. Justin and his crew were great. They were very professional and polite. The roof looks great and the clean up was as well. I recommend them to put on anyone’s roof.
My husband's(mike) employer had a another quality roof installed on one of their properties in Mattoon illinois. For all roofing needs from inspections, repairs to complete replacement we highly recommend Roofs bt Otto's.
Wilber and his crew did a fantastic job putting on a new roof today. They were dependable and in time. Their experience showed. Not only did they do a fantastic job, their clean up job was great too. This job was supervised by Wilber. I would highly recommend Roofs By Otto. I wish I had another roof to replace, but glad I don't at this time. They also had a fair quote and were great to do business with.
