The many 5-star reviews on Google encouraged me to take a chance on Roof Pros, and sure enough I got a 5-star experience. Courtesy, quick responses, reasonable pricing, and great work. One of the other contractors I contacted still hasn't even called me back and Roof Pros is already done!
Alex with Roofpros was professional, responsive, provided a quote within 24hrs of sending pics/videos of damage caused by squirrels and had the job done very soon after it was approved. They did quality work, I would absolutely contract with them in the future and would recommend them to anyone who needs roofing work done. Look no further—now you have a guy for that!
Alex and team were amazing to work with. The detailed quote he provided and thorough explanations of all of the available roof replacement options was really reassuring to us as we had not completed a roof replacement before. His pricing is transparent and far more affordable than what we were quoted by the “big guys” for the same work and materials. We had a great experience with Alex and his company...from the start he was very professional, very well prepared and answered all of our questions. As we had never had a roof replaced is was a pretty simple process...Alex takes you through all of the steps including measurements, materials, what is and not covered, etc... His team showed up 10+ strong and completed the job in 1 1/2 days...the new roof looks great and they did a great job of protecting the property as well as with clean up...
