First and foremost, Premier gave us the best quote, by thousands of dollars, of 3 different companies for a replacement TPO flat roof on a roughly 1200 sqft home. This was my first experience with a major roof job. The good: Workers were focused, hardworking, and pretty much never left the roof except for lunch breaks.
