Just wanted to say thank you to Chris and the team at Roofmart Surrey. We through an unusual logistics challenge at them for 3 of our remote access shingle, torch on and metal roofing projects. Multiple roof types, very specific pallet requirements all to balance perfectly on a small barge like a game of Ocean Tetris. Very good service
Came to the store to buy 2 rolls of torch on to repaier my roof and been told by cashier $ 58 something for a roll paid my bill but did not check the envoice by before left the store. after got the job done and realized i was charged $82.75 per roll. called back for a clearification and talked to supervisor he amitted its was his employeet mistake but it that it was my fault that i should have checked the bill before leaving the store. lesson learned.
It was a pleasure dealing with Chris for our recent Longboard project for our home, his knowledge and expertise has been unmatched compared to any other salesman or supply store that we’ve dealt with. My husband and I saved a ton of money and the house finally looks complete. Thank you so much Chris and Roofmart! We will definitely be back someday!
