Got the wrong material shipped to me, twice. And Wrong color. And when I asked to get a refund for the excess material I gave back they said no and when I asked for my material back to try and utilize, I didn’t get it either. Dodged me and never called back. Around $850-$1000 in excess
Outstanding customer service! I was searching for a new skylight and struggling to find one of right size. Jeff was so helpful offering a variety of options and worked with my roof company for order and install. Could not have asked for a better experience. New skylight looks awesome!
