Roofline Property Services recently did some remedial works to roof and chimneys on our 3 storey home (fixing/replacing slates and replacing mortar around the chimney pots, etc). We were very satisfied with what they did and they even fixed a few other things while they were here. We will contact them again if needed and do highly recommend them.

Great service from James. Had black mould in back bedroom & contacted James to have a look, he knew straight away it was a felt issue on the roof. Roof was repaired, before & after photos was sent to me showing me the problem & the work carried out. Excellent service would recommend

We had Roofline Property Services fit a pvc dry verge on our roof and we could not have asked for a better service. Communication was excellent at every point and the workmanship is outstanding. After fitting, the area around our house was cleaned and swept such is the level of professionalism shown in their work. I would have no hesitation in recommending James and his services.

I had a number off small leaks which James came to assess. When here he highlighted the need for me to have a dry verge fitted at a cost of just under £2k. This was carried out however and to this day, the leak has still not been fixed properly. Today I had 2 'professional ' roofers give me a prices to repair my roof. They highlighted to me that the dry verge was not fitted correctly and hanging off, crumbling pointing repairs that had been covering old crumbling pointing that hadn't been cleared and also silicon being used... read more
