Called for assistance with an issue a woman answered and said I don't have time for this and hung up on me..when trying to get ahold of the other two employees listed on the answering machine it doesn't even go through. It just disconnects
We have a large tile roof that needed replacing, and the folks at Roofity handled the job exceedingly well. We were most impressed with the professionalism, quality and speed of the crew. I hope we never have to have our roof replaced again, but we would go with Roofity again in a heartbeat. They also gave a percentage of their profit to our favorite nonprofit organization, which was a huge plus for us.
Joel Webb and his team (Tim Dobson) from Roofity did an outstanding job replacing my entire roof. From guidance at the beginning of the project to color selection, keeping the paperwork simplified, and final clean up and inspection. I am very pleased with their professionalism and recommend them to anyone. These guys are local to DFW and not storm chasers. They are experts at their trade and will do the job right from start to finish. Great people and great company. Thanks guys.
Big job roofing 50 buildings in a condominium complex but Josh and his crew are up to the task being fast and efficient also they clean up every day, never leaving a mess. Great job
