Eric & crew did an amazing job on my roof. He was very professional and answered all my questions. My roof looks wonderful!!
Had my roof repaired in November 2023 for $10,975. The job was completed and I had brown streaks on my siding and storm door after the job was completed. Repeated calls and text messages to both Erik and Alexander are unanswered. The company received my money and that is all they were interested in. Forget about customer satisfaction. I just want someone to come to my home and remove these horrible brown streaks.
Much like the review from Juan Chiavassa, my experience with these contractors has been an absolute nightmare. I would advise anyone who is looking for roof work to avoid this company at all costs. The craftsmanship is poor, communication ability is poor, and they are extremely unprofessional. This company has stopped responding to me after our problems continued to persist. DANGER: DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE. Not professional, overpriced and poor job. They basically took my money for a job that didn't address the actual issues I had. The quality of the job was poor, and then they disappeared afterwards even though I'm supposed to have a 10 year warranty. They totally ghosted me. I hired them to fix the water leaks in my pent house apartment. They didn't address the actual problem, they just did some generic totally overpriced job.
