Ben came out and inspected the roof, told us what we needed and then performed the work very professionally and in a short amount of time. I would recommend him if you need something done fast and at a reasonable rate.

Ben made a great pitch to get our business. His estimate was higher than the others we got, but he went into great detail about the superior roof he would build. The work was mostly done by Spanish-speaking-only workers, and Ben rarely visited the worksite. There were several major defects in their work. Within a couple of months of completion, the (Brai) roof leaked badly during a big rainstorm, ruining the sheetrock in our bedroom ceiling. I couldn't get them to want my business. I tried the online contact form, no response. I called the office a week later, the lady scheduled an estimate. I was at home at the scheduled time and waited an hour, nobody showed up. I called the office back and a lady (same one??) said I wasn't scheduled. She apologized and took my information, said they would email an estimate. It's over a week later, and no estimate. They did half of my roof several years ago (and thought they did a good job) but the office and website were bad ... read more
