Completely new roof in Jan 2024, fast forward to today and there are multiple spots on the ceiling leaking. John Tan is completely unresponsive. I had reached out to him months ago when I noticed one small spot taking water damage, he said he would come but never showed. And now the situation is worse. You can see from all the reviews that this is a characteristic trait. This is who John Tan is. Don't do business with dishonest trash. As far as I'm concerned, he stole $20k+ from me.
I just change my new roof 2024-5-4,4month later my house leaking a lot water, call them and text them, they are no pick up phone and no response a message make my house damage very bad. They are a liar. Never trust them
Initial work was good, but follow up has been non-existent,. In fact, now that problems have occurred, they have entirely ghosted me after promising to stand by their work. Would not recommend.
The company has left me very disappointed. Unable to connect using the provided phone number.
