Completely new roof in Jan 2024, fast forward two years later and there are multiple spots on the ceiling leaking. John Tan is completely unresponsive. I had reached out to him months ago when I noticed one small spot taking water damage, he said he would come but never showed. And now the situation is worse. You can see from all the reviews that this is a characteristic trait. This is who John Tan is. Don't do business with dishonest trash. As far as I'm concerned, he stole $20k+ from me. This company is the worst. The work is not guaranteed. I tried calling John after I noticed the hole that was supposed to be repaired was leaking. John clearly said there is nothing he can do. I had to hire a licensed contractor to repair the shabby work by this company. I don't recommend this company at all. Company's taking advantage and money from consumers. I just change my new roof 2024-5-4,4month later my house leaking a lot water, call them and text them, they are no pick up phone and no response a message make my house damage very bad. They are a liar. Never trust them
