It's funny how this Company inspected my house a month after PEMCO has scheduled it Dec 15 2025(according to PEMCO). They came.out to inpect Jan 14 2026..Made a report that the reason why my gutter fell was the OSB BOARDS and the Studs was deteriorating.. The OSB board got wet during all the rain we had and also the studs. I got another company to replace my roof and the OSB BOARDS. My gutters was also replaced and the company that did my gutters nailed the NEW gutters on the same studs that this Company said it was deterior... read more

Was very happy I found Roofing Specialists Northwest. We had a small leak in our top floor (flat roof on a townhome) that had defied a previous repair attempt from a different contractor. RSN was far more thorough, doing a deep inspection and pulling off roof panels to be sure they found the problem. Our townhouse complex just used Roofing Specialists Northwest to replace a flat roof. They did an awesome job. Their pricing was competitive with prior roofing projects here. They were very thorough and the materials and craftsmanship were way better than our previous roofing projects. We'll use them again for sure.
