Great experience with roof replacement. Had an issue with shingles not laying down properly. Roofing Solutions took full responsibility for problematic shingles and corrected and replaced the shingles. Sometimes problems happen but this company went above and beyond to correct this issue. Can't ask for a better customer service. If your lucky enough to get Jeff Harrison as your project manager, you'll be good to go and well taken care of!
My experience with Billy today was a perfect experience. He came out to my house to check on roof shingle damage within 24 hours of me reaching out to Roofing Solutions. He was very professional and was able to answer any concerns I had. He was able to repair my roof the same day at a very reasonable price. I will definitely request him again if needed and I recommend him to anyone who needs roofing repair.
