Had Paul's company put a roof on my house in November of 2017. They did a decent job but fast forward 6 years, I've now got nails popping up in some areas. They seem to pride themselves on their 10 year warranty but it doesn't mean a thing if they don't stand behind their work and provide follow up service. New roof was installed by Roofing Solutions several weeks ago. Initial contact with Paul was professional and courteous. He told me it may take 1.5 days depending on the weather but the team would work all day if possible. He also stated he would need to leave the trash trailer all day but may remove in the evening. Paul left before 8am and never returned to the job site. I had no idea whom was in charge of the team when I needed to ask a question.
