I called Jordan at Roofing services plus. He came on time as agreed to give me an estimate. He spent time looking at the roof and it’s condition. He mentioned that due to my roof condition, he would recommend getting it replaced within the year and he could make sure he would be ready as soon as the materials arrived. I had two other bids, one was higher by 20%, and one was slightly lower by 3%.
