O.K. It finally came time to put a new roof on our house. We decided to have RRG come out and take a look at our house and give us some ideas on colors, durabilities and the differences between metal and shingles and explain all the options available. Juan was prompt and right there on time and spent 4 hours answering all our questions(and we had a lot of them). Don’t do business with them.. they would try do switch and bait job regardless of what your insurance inspectors report.. instead of replace the damaged ridge ventilator & possible replace 15 year old roof shingles they would say they are still good & recommend doing horrible hatchet tar job around shingles (not even offer to fix or replace) & ventilator and pressure washing instead… you can hire local pressure washing for a lot cheaper and/or get another quote from couple roofers..they sure take advantaged of elder handicap... read more
