Honest and professional service. I am impressed with Bob and his team. We had a challenging roof repair and they stuck with us throughout the process, long after most other companies would have washed their hands of the problem. The workmanship is top quality and the replaced shingles are so close in colour to my existing roofing you can hardly see where the repair was done. Thank you Bob and Mericico.
Bob and his staff showed upon time. They were professional and friendly. The work was explained to us in detail and was completed as promised. They charged a more than fair price and made certain we were happy with the work before they left. The overall experience was above and beyond what we have experienced with other contractors in the past. What a pleasure to do business with honest people who are great at what they do. I will recommend them to anyone who needs a roofing contractor!
We're brand new to the area and AR state. Bob and his worker were very friendly, helpful, very kind, and down-to-earth people. They helped inspect our roof, cleaned the debris, and took pics for our insurance. He also informed us of which insurance would stand behind their word regarding roofing insurance claims. We will work with him in the future if opportunities come up.
Bob, the owner, was wonderful. He understood the difficulty I was dealing with concerning insurance coverage, and he helped me with a free inspection with the same consideration and compassion he would have given to someone who was buying an entirely new roof.
They were very prompt and did an amazing job replacing our roof! They were great to work with me on dealing with the insurance company also. I highly recommend Roofing Redefined.
