Do yourself a favour and stay away from roofing RBM. I had my roof shingled and less than two weeks later water was leaking through and wrecking my ceiling causing water damage. Bobby said he would repair the damages right away⊠but four months later he has still not done anything. He does not return calls and very poor customer service. I just had my roof done by this company and they did a great job. There was one problem and I texted them about it and the very next day it was fixed. Great communication, great service and a fair priceÂ
As someone who owns a house in between two houses that had their roofs done canât say much for workmanship but my yard has become a landfill from them working on the adjacent roofs 5gallon Home Depot bucket bounced off the wall of my house and hit a window , nails and debris /scraps litter the sides of my house and happened both times highly unacceptable especially if their trying too get your buisness as wellÂ
Unfortunately, I had the worst experience I could encounter with my investment!! I had gotten 5 quotes and chose the middle quote. Oh my goodness!! The unprofessionalism displayed throughout!! On Wednesday, when RBM started, with 3 guys mostly hanging around their vehicles and the main one man crew. On the Friday, Bobby invoiced me so I left a cheque in the mailbox...before getting the mess inspected đ. They then started my next door neighbor's house using my power for their generator.
