Sends out spam texts messages. Never even gave this people my phone number.
Sent an unsolicited text message asking for a free quote pretending as if we have had a previous conversation. When pressed on where they got my number, Miguel first lied saying that it was a previous inquiry or referral, which has never happened. When pressed further about where they got my number from, Miguel avoided my question by saying they could stop sending me messages if I replied STOP, placing the responsibility on me, when it was he who initiated the unsolicited message.
This company does good work. They are very responsive and very customer focused. I loved working with them and will work with them again for a few upcoming roofing projects at a few of my rentals.
They were amazing. Very professional and assisted which roofing to use for our garage, arrived and completed project on time, were reasonably priced, and did a great job at cleaning up. Even though their schedule was full they worked OT to get our job in before cold weather set it. I would definitely use them again.
Awesome company. We had them repair our roof. The service was fantastic.
