Very knowledgeable and uses the highest quality materials with the best warranty
5/9/2022: I have not received an exact date when they will come. Owner has stopped responding since 5/5 04/29/2022: I reported leaks to owner with evidence. They installed my roof, and there has been leaks for 5 years! They fail to fix the leaks completely. They force me to go into the attic to prove the leak! I sent them pictures of wet ceilings, but they say there is no leak! Now I have evidence. Still under their warranty.
TO BE UPDATED... Roofing Pioneers, LLC installed my roof in 2017. Since then, there has been a leak for 5 YEARS (2017 to 2022). And they fail to fix it! As a customer, I have been trying to be patient and cooperate with them. But they keep downplaying the leak by saying there is no leak and asking me to prove it. I have sent them many pictures of wet and stained ceiling at the same leak spot. They did get into attic FEW DAYS LATER and said there was no evidence of moisture in the attic, ALTHOUGH the roofer ADMITS the ceiling... read more

I was skeptical at first, as i don't normally go with a business that knocks on my door. They followed through with exactly what they said they would do, and i couldn't be happier with the outcome. My roof was done in a timely manner, the crew was respectful, and the communication between the sales rep and the office was stellar. Everyone knew exactly what was going on with my claim at all times, and THAT is truly amazing. I would recommend them to everyone i know!!
