Tile to tin roof replacement. My 70+ year old tiled roof needed replacing. I contacted Roofing Matrers to provide me with a quote. Luke took the time to provide me with a comprehensive quote. I was very impressed with Luke’s roofing knowledge and how thorough he was when making an assessment for the quote. Luke and his team did a fairly big roof repair for us. It was completed quickly and professionally. He was honest, efficient and always communicative. Luke found solutions and made them work. We are so happy to have found Luke and know we can rely on him to turn up quickly and get the job done properly.
Great to deal with from first contact to the job completion. excellent response, came prepared to install two skylights if necessary, suggested wait and see how the first goes because the skylights are the latest technology and very efficient. Roofing Matters was very easy to deal with. Luke was open and honest in his assessment of our roof and provided us with options to deal with the issues. They were prompt in scheduling the repairs. Flair was wonderful in all communication, especially when calling us to discuss an issue that was uncovered when the roof was removed.
