We had a huge windstorm come through last week and the house was shaking so bad I couldn't even fall asleep. In the morning, I went outside to grab the mail and saw a bunch of dark shingle pieces scattered all over my lawn. I panicked immediately because I know zero things about roofing, and I was terrified rain was going to pour straight through my ceiling. I called them in a complete panic. They sent a guy over super fast, which honestly almost made me cry tears of relief. I watched from the driveway while he scrambled u... read more
They had a crew out within two hours to secure a waterproof tarp, and by the end of the week, they completed a permanent repair. The shingle color match was so spot on that you can't even tell where the storm hit. They turned what felt like a disaster into a painless repair process. A severe storm last month knocked down a large tree branch right onto our roof, puncturing the shingles over our garage and causing a ceiling leak.
After a rough bout of severe wind, we woke up to find several shingles scattered across our lawn. I panicked thinking we were in for an expensive nightmare, but they made the repair process painless. They inspected the roof, gave us a super fair quote, and matched our existing shingles so well you can't even tell where the damage was. Fast, honest, and extremely professional
I literally cannot say enough good things about this company!!! We had a massive tree branch smash into our roof during that last crazy storm, and water was coming in. I was in full freak-out mode. They came out immediately, got it tarped, and walked me through the whole repair process so patiently. The final patch job looks flawless, you can't even tell it happened. They totally saved our bacon.
Roofing Hands helped us fix severe ridge cap damage and replace rotted wood along our roof fascia after a brutal storm. Their estimation process was straightforward with no hidden charges. The crew arrived promptly, finished the repairs in a single day, and matched the replacement shingles perfectly to our existing roof. Their attention to detail was impressive!!
