We had a small leak showing up on the ceiling in our hallway. The crew found damaged shingles and worn underlayment in that area. They replaced the section, sealed everything properly, and checked the surrounding shingles. The leak is gone.
Some shingles were lifting after strong winds. Simon and the crew explained the nails were not placed correctly from the old install. They replaced the loose shingles and secured everything the right way. The roof looks great again.
