Courteous, professional, knowledgeable and timely repairs done.
The roof looks nice and the skylights are great. Everything is technically well done, and the crew was personable and very efficient and quick. We had a little trouble initiating the job due to perhaps some miscommunication with the office staff, but once booked, the job went quickly and smoothly. I do have issues with the cleanup and the way my yard, driveway and fences were left, however: Lots of chunks of old roof material and insulation were left lying around the perimeter that I had to pick up. Was very thorough in assessing our roof repair needs, provided a detailed written outline of project scope along with insurance certificates, completed the work in a timely manner and the workers did a great job and cleaned up thoroughly. We would definitely use Roofing Doctor again and highly recommend them.
