Small leak above the kitchen vent turned into a stain on the ceiling. HomeTop Roofing Contractors repaired the roof around the vent and sealed everything properly. They showed me the cracked boot that caused it which I would never have spotted. Rain came two days later and nothing dripped, finally relaxed. Fair price too, not some scary number.
