Brockwell roofers supposedly repaired a roof leak on my home one year ago as a result of my pre-purchase home inspection. We had very little rain last summer and five months later the same leak appeared. I called many times over the course of several weeks before finally getting someone to come repair the leak. Very poor work refuses to return messages until you get him mad poor office help never again
Nightmare Scenario. I wish I could give negative stars. We hired this guy for a pretty big job on our home. He committed to installing a new roof, installing several windows and building a couple of porches, etc. I will just say that this was the worst renovation experience I have ever had. The people working for James did not know what they were doing. The workmanship was poor. They were the messiest crew I have ever had work on any house I have ever owned.
