Hugo was great but when you hire a professional to diagnose a problem and several tries later, you still have the same problem (paid for the repairs x2), you don’t just blow the customer off, you work with them to try to figure it out! Especially when the last person out said it was our chimney, we paid for a chimney inspection but they claim our chimney was fine, instead pointed out bad work on your part! Great customer service, no high-pressure sales, and the best price of the five estimates we received. Matt was very thorough and easy to work with. He sat down with us and explained the whole process with physical examples of the materials used for installation. He stayed in constant communication and even answered phone calls on evenings/weekends. The installation was quick and well done.
