Hired Chris and his company to do PPC advertising for us. Payed $6500 and never seen any work that was done, They were unable to complete the work, so I tried to connect with them to get a refund, but had a hard time reaching them. Finally they got back to us, After a few conversations they said they would give back $4500 since they said had $2500 in hard cost. I wanted a full refund, but finally agreed to $4500. But still have not received any refunds. Be careful before hiring this company. Not very professional.
