Excellent service am very happy
I have been informed this company has gone into liquidation. Ronny did reasonable job and the roof does not leak and looks good. However, there are a number of issues with the gutters leaking and at times overflows. Ronny has tried to fix this on two occasions, both times unsuccessful. For the last 4 months he has keep saying he will come back and fix it but never showed when he arranged it. Everything about this was a huge mistake. The item arrived broken and used. Customer service was a total joke. They put me on hold for hours. I am still waiting for a response. This company does not care at all. Please do not trust these reviews. I am officially done with this brand.
I am beyond disappointed with this place. The staff was incredibly rude to us. We waited over an hour for nothing. The quality of the product was poor. I asked for a refund immediately. They refused to help or apologize. Never coming back to this location. Save your money and go elsewhere.
