I first reached out to Roofing America because of a leak in my roof, and I’m so glad I did. I usually get anxious about dealing with contractors since you never know if they’ll overcharge or do a sloppy job, but Justin made the whole process really easy. Very bad customer service! Was told they would be here on a Monday and after calling them 4 times finely someone called back and said they couldn’t make it but they would here first thing in the next morning! Well guess what a repeat of Monday long story short they did make it on Friday but showed up without any materials to work with so I would not recommend them to anybody

Contacted Roofing America with a potential roof leak and was responded to immediately by Justin. He scheduled an initial visit to assess the issue and was very flexible in meeting my schedule. He was able to pinpoint the potential issue quickly and scheduled another appointment to address the issue. He was very honest and forthright in the interactions and did not try to sell a replacement roof when repairs would correct issue.
