Dealing with Deny was fantastic from start to finish. Our roof was looking tired and had some damage due to the age of the house. She explained the best way to repair and bring it back to life. The young blokes who cleaned, rescrewed and painted the roof need a medal. The roof looks fantastic and dealing with Roofguard was a pleasure. Roofguard painted the interior of our home. We found their service and quality of work 5 stars. Deni was the first company to respond to our quote enquiries, coming to our home and assisting us with our colour choices. Their quote was professional, quick and well-priced. We got roofguard to paint the exterior and gutters of our house. For the amount of money they charge we expected a professionally done job. However this was not the case. From start to finish it was an absolute nightmare, the whole job was rushed with no attention to detail (overspray on everythin including screens fan light window patio tiles, missed first and second coats in several areas, no cleaning of walls prior to painting, paint on all windows,...) and Jeff is rude and unprofessional when confronted about it.
