For the TL;DR audience - this place will destroy your home and is not BBB accredited Towards the end of April Rooffixers was hired to do the pre-purchase roof inspection of the home we purchased. They gave us an estimate of what needed to be fixed. We provided that list to the sellers and asked them to address the items listed. The sellers agreed and used rooffixers to do the work. Awful. They were supposed to replace the fascia on the south side of my house when they did my roof, but they refused to do it. Now I can’t find someone else and it would’ve been so much easier if they had replaced them when they did the roof. The boards they replaced on the west side were cut too long and warped when they expanded in the heat. They also used a less than 2ft board not tied in to the rafters and just nailed in to the fascia boards on either side. I later learned 4ft is the minimum a fascia boards can be and i... read more
