I really wish Roofers Supply would respond to emails and be more helpful when I have questions. As a contractor, I rely on timely communication and support, and unfortunately, that hasn’t been my experience here. Hoping they improve their customer service going forward.
I do not recommend working with this supplier. I contacted their sales rep (kyle) about purchasing metal roofing materials. Over the course of three weeks I have gotten various excuses about getting quote, but no actual results. The office phone (that no one answers) has a voicemail stating they will get back to you the next buisness day. Unfortunately, it always has a full inbox so you can never leave a message. Long story short do not let them hold up your next project by waiting on quotes you will never get.
Great place to deliver all workers we great
The employees were knowledgeable and helpful. The prices were reasonable, too.
