Fantastic customer service. Accidentally took a wrong turn and found this company and it was meant to be. I had been meaning to find a roofing supply company to order tiles that had blown off and broken in the wind. I was able to order them and am waiting for the order to come in. I think a lot of people suffered in the last wind storm so there is at least a 5 week wait which is fine. I will update when they come in. I needed just one single S type roof tile because a tree branch broke one on my roof. The people here were more than helpful & informative. My tile was a Pioneer brand one which is severely outdated. They helped me find a super similar one and how to seal it up nicely.
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE - TRESPASSING AND PROPERTY DAMAGE Beyond outraged by the unprofessionalism and incompetence displayed by SRS Building Products. They showed up at the wrong address (a house rented out as an Airbnb) without any prior notification or authorization, and proceeded to dump thousands of pounds of heavy, large pallets of shingles on the roof.
