The name of one of the workers who came is, Daniel. They showed kindness and understanding to the issue and after giving roofing terminology, they left with some of the $ and came back to fix the issue with that “black tarp” and assuring their return if anything happened. The biggest issue is. They put the method they used on the contract knowing if they would be called again, it will be the same job which it didn’t work for long anyway!!!!
