The new roof has been installed 13 months ago. About 3 months ago it started leaking. After 2 repairs and 3 hurricanes the roof is still leaking. I have a multi level roof. It leaks below the transitions where vertical wall connects to the roof. Now after the last hurricane most of the sealing needs to be replaced and some water remediation needs to be done. Super honest, and helpful. I was told by another company that my roof needed replacing, which is odd because it is only 8 years old. Dave with Roofcrafters, told me it had many years left and told me how to protect and preserve my roof for very little money. I will call them when I do actually need a new roof.
PLEASE RUN FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Dear Nicole Corson: I have reached out to your office multiple times. I have been hung up on more times than I can count. I have been hysterical asking for help and have been made fun of and treated with more disrespect than I have ever encountered.
