Reached out to the company for service following the hurricane. Was told that my address is out of range of their service area. Sent a screenshot of their service coverage map saying that my home is within the service area, not even on the edge of it or anything, I'm well within the boundary. Never received a response.
Do not use this company. Roof was not properly installed. Company knocked off vent to water heater had carbon monoxide gas build up in house. Not to mention sky light was not properly installed. Had drywall damage company has never came out to fix
It's now been just over a year and the roof is now leaking in the same place and it's jjjjjuuuuussssstttt outside the warranty they gave. I paid about $4k for a roof that's now completely useless and has caused who knows how much damage to the interior of my house

He handled all the negotiations with USAA on my behalf (he actually met with two inspectors at different times, ). This was incredibly helpful. Roof crafters did a great job with the roof. Scott was our point of contact and he was courteous and professional. Scott kept me informed throughout the whole process. Although we had a little hiccup after we hired them and the project was delayed. But as soon as they had a go the roof was done in a day and half. Scott was available and looking over at the job site while the crew were installing the roof . The crew that came to install the roof were professional and did a very good job. Highly recommend
