I called Roof Crafters to get a estimate for replacing my roof, due to my home owners insurance company had sent someone over to take pictures of my roof a week earlier. They sent me a email saying that, due to granular loss. I would have to replace my roof with in 30 days or they would drop me. Roof Crafters sent Connor out to due the estimate, Connor thoroughly looked over my roof and told me that my roof had a few minor issues that needed addressing, but over all was in good shape and could last for another 7-10 years. Ask for Connor. Communication was amazing and very professional. Tremendous help, came out quick and made some repairs on my soffits. Highly recommend and would use their services again if need be.
I called RoofCrafters and they sent out one of their estimators named Johnny. This guy knows what he is doing. He answered all of our questions on the spot. Dealing with Johnny and Roofcrafters was the greatest reroofing experience I have ever had and I own multiple rental properties so I have had a lot of them. If you prefer the best of the best and care about quality over all else, call Roofcrafters and ask for Johnny.
