We recently had our new roof put on our house. This company(RoofCraft)was personable and yet professional. They were responsive to our requests and questions. Their work was professional and done in a timely fashion. We are the second member of my family to use this company in the past few months. We do recommend this company to be considered if you are thinking of a new roof!
I couldn’t recommend RoofCraft more highly! They definitely go beyond competitive prices with excellent customer service. They have excellent communication, respond to calls and voicemails quickly, provided a quick estimate, and got us on the installation schedule right away. Sandra in the office and Carlos leading the crew were kind and understanding about this major purchase. I did have feedback about a few things (no job goes absolutely perfectly), but they listened carefully to my concerns and the end result is a beautiful roof and a very happy customer. No regrets here. If you are considering roof replacement you should absolutely get several quotes, but I would strongly recommend including RoofCraft in your list.
