Greg Was through and great
Greg Patterson was great. He got my insurance company to pay the claim even after they had turned me down. He stayed on top of the process. He let me vent my frustration (poor guy) with other people involved in the process. He maintained utmost professionalism, integrity and knowledge the entire time. There were follow up calls and texts, and thorough explanation of the entire process. As someone who has worked in Customer Service for many years, I can tell you, Greg is a Gem. All 3 roofs are beautiful.
Changing my review until issues are resolved: 1. my gutter guards were damaged and not reinstalled properly. 2. Water damage is possible in the future as a result of drip edge not installed properly. 3. drip edge was quoted to be installed, and in some areas they simply did not install it, leaving a color mismatch. 4. Office will not let me speak with someone in charge of my project.
RoofClaim replaced my roof in 2021. I had questions concerning the warranty and Aliyah was extremely helpful.
