They do excellent work as roofing goes, but are absolutely terrible to their employees and sales staff. Have zero development of staff and expect them to produce from day 1 with little to no coaching. Employees have 15 different people to report to and any of them can decide they don’t like you and get you fired. CEO is convinced no one is developable or coachable, and won’t implement policies to even try and make employees aware of their deficiencies. This company is a scam! Like a previous person stated, most of their 5 star Google reviews are from employees of the company or they pay for them. Brooke Seibert in their HR department is very unprofessional as well. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!
This company is a scam. Brooke Seibert of Human Resources is extremely unprofessional. Based off of my (and others from what I’ve read) interactions with her I wouldn’t use this company for anything. Beware as the reviews posted before me are written by company employees, or done for the customer by the roofing sales rep! Shady business practices!
We had a great experience Roofclaim.com. They are very good at dealing with insurance. It went very smooth and our claim was approved quickly. Jordan was awesome guy. He was very friendly, experienced, knowledgeable. I am happy with the service. I highly recommend this company.
