Billy has been a complete life savor in helping me with a roof leak! He not only responds right away but has been so kind and helpful and detailed with pictures and clear concise information while somehow managing to get me taken care of! Billy deserves a huge raise for being such a great representative for your company and he is simply my hero!
Fixed a leak but it started leaking again not long after the "repair" was made. Found out Roofcare doesn't guarantee/warranty their work. Wanted to charge full price AGAIN to patch the same leak. So shady 😑
Aaron and his crew did a phenomenal job on our roof, they were very meticulous and the roof was left looking like new! I highly recommend this company for all your roofing, dependable, honest and reasonable!
They will come and look and the roof and tell you what needs to be done. You won't' hear from them so you call and they come this time with the supervisor. He will tell you what needs to be done and promises an estimate in a few days. 10 days pass and you don't receive the estimate. you call. They never return your call. A waste of lots of your time. Don't bother.
