Called to schedule someone to come look at installing / fixing some ceiling issues. never got a call back or email. Called back for a follow up and call got rejected. Not sure whats up with these places in jonesboro anymore but they're kinda lame now, but thats jonesboro ig.

We are so pleased that we chose Roof X to replace our roof. First off, Russell was a pleasure to work with. Our insurance company denied our claim for hail damage. Performed the work on time and in budget, in spite of my requesting special materials. They took care of communication with my insurance company helping me get the most from my claim. The salesman was very courteous and professional. The installation crew was thorough. I have only one complaint, the nail "sweep" of the area around the house was somewhat haphazardly. After they left I "swept" the same areas in fairly even rows and removed over 30 nails, some from a grassy driveway and from a gravel walkway.
