10/10 working with Tyler. He took care of everything for us. Insurance barely wanted to give us enough to even buy replacement shingles until Tyler became involoved. I was able to just sit back and watch him get us a whole new roof replacement! As soon as it was approved with insurance the workers showed up and had our roof up in 1 day. Tyler explained the entire process to us from start to finish. I will definetly tell everyone to call Roof X Solutions.

I want to commend an exemplary employee of your’s, for the great job and extra effort he put in, so I could get my roof replaced, due to damage resulting from 2 major storms. Russell went far beyond what any roofer I have ever dealt with would have done, and kept me in the loop most every day, as to how things were progressing with my insurance company. Russel was very personable and professional to the point that I cannot say enough positive things about his character and work ethic. He came out in a timely manner and broke down all the costs and procedures involved in getting a new roof and was a very honest contractor to work with. Service was second to none. Tyler came out and made the presentation without us being overwhelmed with info. After signing the contract with the company, the singles where delivered in two days and by the following week, well we have a new roof. The house looks so amazing with the singles that we picked out from a wide variety of options he had when he came to see us about possibly doing business with us.
