After a tree fell on our rental during a wind storm, we called Victor. He replaced our roof 5 years ago and the roof worx team did a phenomenal job. Victor walked us through the insurance with extreme knowledge. He really knows his stuff with the insurance companies. He worked with our tenants on scheduling, and was completely thorough. If you're not using roof worx as your roofing contractor, you should. I would give 10 stars if I could. Thanks to Victor and his team
Roof Worx was fantastic. Victor was back to me quickly when we noticed an issue with our skylight creating a leak. He made the inspection next day and had our solution quickly. A new skylight was installed and a roof problem was alleviated as well within 2 weeks. Great service and attention to detail.
Roof Worx did a great job on my roof Victor Stewart was patient and understanding of my concerns and my budget. I would definitely recommend Victor and Roof Worx to anyone who might need a roof replacement.
Our roof started to leak around one of the vents and was 1 year outside of warranty. Roof worx said that it did not fall under warranty and they would charge $370 for someone to just come and look at it. What a joke that their work only lasted 5-6 years and they tried to make more money for just an inspection. Be careful on working with them and the long term quality of their work.
