This company did an impressive job of replacing my roof. They finished replacing my roof in a span of 8 hours from tear off, cleaning and installing new roof to replacing 3 skylights. My roof is not small, it is more that 4,000 sq ft. with a steep pitch. We had a leak and Roof Works was recommend to me by a friend who is a local contractor. His words were "Roof Works will give you a dry house". They came out quickly to make an assessment, the assessor applied a temporary fix, and then had a crew out two days later to complete the job. Pricing was upfront and fair, and there were no surprises, and my house is still dry.
Roof Works completed a repair for small leak above my garage. They came out and immediately identified the issue during inspection. Repair work was scheduled and completed very quickly and was only charged minimum for the house call. I would HIGHLY recommend this company for anyone in the Fredericksburg area in need of roof work or repairs. Great people.
Our house is a pre-fab from the 70's with barely a 3/12 pitch and basically flat roof over the sunroom & porch. Vincent actually got up on the roof to measure and access the conditions. His one page proposal was detailed and easy to understand. We built our home in 2018 and Roof Works installed the original roof and did an excellent job. A few years later a branch hit the top of our roof penetrating it. We didn't realize the damage until it was raining on my wife in the middle of the night. Roof Works immediately responded the next day, replaced plywood board and broken shingles for a very reasonable fee.
