I had a new roof put on my house in the spring by another company. In sending a review, I sent the review to the wrong company unknowingly to me. Today a young man, Sam Rhoads, from Roof USA stopped by. The review was deleted and here is my review of his service. The other roofing company failed to handle a few things that still need to be done. Sam offered to look at those areas and repaired an area at no charge. Roof was done May 16th. As far as I can tell, my roof looks good. Although, there were a few of my leaf filters that went missing. A garage window screen was to be installed. As of this date, 07/22/25, neither the leaf filters nor the garage window screen have been taken care of. I have had multiple conversations with the Sales Representative. Roof U.S. we’re very professional and honest. I called them for a leak I had and wanted them to take a look at my roof why they were up there to see if it needed replaced. They said my roof was not in bad shape and found my leak and took care of it, instead of tring to sell me something I didn’t need. Honesty goes along way with me and their rapid response of getting there and taking care of my problems a day earlier than my planned appointment.
