I called and left a message last night after regular business hours. Roof US returned my call this morning. I explained we had some recent wind damage that had blown some shingles down. The sent someone out to review a little later the same morning. He recommended patching the affected area. A roofer came shortly thereafter and completed the repairs. The response times were exceptional. I would recommend this company for your roofing needs. i plan to use them again when the time comes to replace the entire roof.
Sent an inquiry the night before thinking my roof could be leaking due to the high winds. The company called the next morning and had Sam out the same just 4 hours later. Sam was very professional and knowledgeable. He found the issue was a clip sticking through the shingle which was a defect when the roof was installed. This is a new home still under warranty so he advised I contact the builder but also gave me a fair quote if I needed them to do it.
