After a recent wind storm I had a couple of shingles fly off. I called my insurance company late in the afternoon to ask if someone could come out and take a look at the roof. Within a few minutes Roofs USA called back and set up an appointment for first thing in the next morning. Logan came out and quickly diagnosed that the shingles were off the roof cap and a few nails need to be hammered down. He said my roof was good for another 3-5 years. What great news! Did a super job! Quality, fast, professional workers. Asked them to determine why the old shingles looked so wavy. They found previously shoddy work with the underlying plywood. Fixed everything perfectly. Finally have a beautiful roof again. Price included a shed roof as well. Great cleanup!
RoofUS worked out great for us. They were great about communicating with us through the whole process. The initial inspection was very thorough, and I’m sure helped get the claim approved by our insurance company. RoofUS did all the communication with our insurance company, which made it SO easy for us. The work crew did a great job. They were quick, thorough, and made sure to clear all the old roof mess from the property. Same with installation of the new gutters. I would absolutely recommend RoofUS!
I am writing this out of sheer frustration after a truly abysmal experience. From the very beginning, this business failed to meet even basic standards. I walked in with high expectations based on their glossy advertisements. Unfortunately, those expectations were shattered within the first five minutes. I was ignored by the staff for nearly a quarter of an hour upon arrival. When I finally managed to get someone's attention, they were visibly annoyed.
