A friend recommended Mike from Roof Tops in Dedham and we were extremely pleased. Mike came out and assessed the problem and gave us an estimate. He was onsite to monitor his crew. The workers were expert & quick. I would recommend Roof Tops to anyone. Debby B. Duxbury
They promised the roof would be done in three days. It dragged on for over a week with little communication and constant delays. I had to rearrange my whole schedule.
The crew was loud, swearing on-site, and even blocked my neighbor’s driveway without asking. Totally unprofessional behavior from start to finish.
I found out after the job that they never pulled the required permits. Now I’m facing fines from the city. Completely unacceptable and dishonest business practice.
Less than a month after the job, shingles started coming loose. When I contacted them, they blamed the weather instead of taking responsibility for poor installation.
