Demanded payment in full, but did not finish the work once I made the mistake of giving payment with their promise to return. Less than two years later, and there are clear defects in their work.
Unsatisfactory customer service after payment in full for multiple services. Owner would not respond to multiple requests to correct specific issues with their work. They demand immediate payment and then disappear.
Wonderful personal relation on time I would hire them again if needed
