UPDATED: After two weeks of no contact, Hugo finally came back to put the drain pipe back to the roof. He also decided to refund me $150 for two roof vents which was very lowball. Based on my research, basic vent installation would cost $300-$650 including labor and materials. So two vents would be around $600-$1300. I was trying to negotiate with him but he only agreed to pay up to $150 for both. Hugo and his team replaced roof and skylight on my daylight rambler. He was professional, responsive and clarified all queries. They adjusted a portion near the rear entry way to drain better and look taller. Very happy with the end results.
