This company was absolutely amazing!! Our insurance company originally denied us and they had everything in place to aide us in the approval process. At the end we got our entire roof covered. John was so fantastic. He was the shining star of that company. He consistently checked on us and made sure we were aware and update to date on every step of the process. Their installers were professional and so respectful of our home as well. Top notch company in entire DFW to use for roofing needs.
We called Roof Time General Contractors to give us an estimate on our roof after storms blew through. Brandon came out and did a full inspection. He said the roof only needed minor repairs and gave us a fair estimate. We signed a contract for the work to start the following week. Before the work could even start, another severe storm came through with 90+ mph downburst winds which caused even more damage to the roof and even blew down our fence. John helps very good with me . Good salesperson
John Giordano worked with me over a period of time and took time to explain all aspects of the process. He left several samples for us to consider and never rushed us. Communication was always on point. Roof Time completed the job in one day and cleaned up as if they never came except for the beautiful new roof left behind.
