I was very impressed with this company and its employees right up until they gave me a final invoice that was $14,000 over our approved contract price for total roof replacement of a roof that is about 2/3 Spanish tile and 1/3 membrane and all but $700 of the total $56,500 original total price already had been paid over 6 weeks.
